Delivery and Returns Policy


Delivery of goods will be arranged by ourselves and charged at our current Postage and Packaging (P&P) Rate which is shown clearly below. If your delivery address is outside the UK Mainland and you order any other way than online, please contact us for details of the delivery charge.

UK Mainland excludes Northern Ireland for all deliveries and certain mainland postcodes for palletised items.

The delivery address will be requested when the order is placed. If the ‘Buyer’ does not take delivery of the goods or give adequate delivery instructions then we may store the goods until actual delivery and charge the ‘Buyer’ for the reasonable cost of storage (including insurance). We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or deterioration of goods during storage.

All goods received from the ‘Seller’ via a courier must be signed for as unexamined and shortages and defects must be advised within 3 days of delivery (or collection). The ‘Seller’ shall not be responsible for any consequential loss or charge other than the replacement of defective unused goods.


GB Mainland orders. 

Excludes Postcodes DD, PH, AB, IV, KW, PA 20-41, BT, GY, JE, PO, IM, Highlands & Islands. Please contact us if you require delivery to these locations.

All orders OVER £75 (excluding VAT) are delivered FREE of charge.

For orders UNDER £75 (excluding VAT) a delivery charge of £5.95 plus VAT will be added.

Delivery is by courier and usually take between 1 and 3 working days. A signature is required for courier deliveries, please arrange for someone to be available to sign for the item(s) at the delivery address. In the case of heavy items, you may be required to assist the driver with offloading goods.

If you are unsure about the delivery method, please contact us. All orders will be packaged and dispatched either the same or next working day, depending on when your order is placed.  We will do our best to get the item(s) to you as soon as possible.

We aim to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied every time you place an order with us, but there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. We aim to keep this process as simple as possible.

The ‘Seller’ will accept the return of goods only if they are unopened, in their original condition and returned within 7 days. In such circumstances, the ‘Seller’ will refund the invoiced cost of the goods supplied, less the delivery costs incurred when sending the goods. The ‘Buyer’ will be responsible for the item or items until they reach the ‘Seller’.

For the protection of the ‘Buyer’, the ‘Seller’ suggests a secure delivery method is used that requires a signature upon delivery.

If the ‘Buyer’ is returning an item because of an error on the ‘Sellers’ part, the ‘Seller’ will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending them. Otherwise, the ‘Buyer’ will be responsible for those charges.

To return an item, please contact us by phone on 01244 531667 or email In receipt of the return, authority wrap the item securely enclosing a return note, giving the reason for the return. All returns should be sent to Clwyd Welding Services Limited of Unit 6, Hawarden Industrial Park, Manor Lane, Hawarden, Deeside, Flintshire, CH5 3PZ.

In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.

All refunds will be paid within 30 days of the cancellation of the order.


Please Note: Any bespoke items cannot be returned unless defective.
